GREAT DURABILITY

Durability is ensured by light but at the same time strong materials that protect structures from damage caused by mechanical loads.

Resistance to external factors

Frame houses are resistant to atmospheric moisture, as well as to biological pests: mold and fungus. Using impregnated wood, the frame becomes fire resistant. And if we use non-combustible materials for insulation, the fire resistance of the whole structure increases.

Short construction terms

Frame houses can be built at any time of the year, in any weather conditions. They are installed quickly. They do not require massive foundations, which also shortens construction time. The decoration of the house can be done immediately after the installation of the frame.

Practicality

Both external walls and internal partitions, due to the frame structure, are easily reassembled if necessary, new ones are delivered and the house is newly modernized. The walls of the frame house have good sound insulation properties. Communications (heating, electricity, water supply, ventilation) are installed inside the walls.
